Launch updates privacy notice

This notice covers the optional INFINEE launch-update email list only. It does not replace broader account, gameplay or payment policies.

If you choose to subscribe, we store the email address you submit, your explicit consent (“Email me INFINEE development updates and the official launch announcement.”), consent version 2026-10-16-v1, the time of consent, the page source, and confirmation / unsubscribe state. The default delivery mode uses your signed-in INFINEE account email through Base44’s built-in confirmation mail. Broader signup for addresses without an INFINEE account requires separately approved external delivery configuration. We do not require a username, phone number or completed game profile beyond that account email when registered-account delivery is active.

We send a confirmation email before treating an address as subscribed. Until you confirm, we will not send launch or development update campaigns to that address. After confirmation, we may email major INFINEE development updates and the official launch announcement. We do not use this list for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell subscriber records.

Every update email includes an unsubscribe option that works without creating an account. After you unsubscribe, we suppress future marketing sends to that address and do not silently reactivate it.

Subscriber records are stored server-side and are not exposed through public app queries. Access for administration is limited to authorised INFINEE operators. Confirmation and unsubscribe tokens are stored as irreversible hashes and expire for confirmation use.

Presentation preferences on the homepage (for example collapsing the alpha notice) are stored only in your browser and never represent marketing consent.
